If you’re a new guest and already in my booking system, you may receive a quick phone call before your first color appointment. During this chat, I’ll ask a few questions about your hair history, goals, and desired results to make sure we schedule the right service and timing for your visit.

This step ensures we choose the right approach, especially for color transformations or corrective color services.

🎨 Strand Test

If you’re considering a major hair color change—going lighter or darker, warmer or cooler, or correcting a previous color—a strand test is the best place to start.

A strand test allows me to safely test how your hair responds to lightening or color before your full service. This helps us understand:

• How strong and healthy your hair is for the transformation
  
  

The strand test is complimentary and takes about 15 minutes. It’s often done along with an in-person consultation to create a clear, customized plan for your dream color.
